Refund Policy

14-Day Free Trial

Guru Trading Journal offers a 14-day free trial for all new users. During this period, you have full access to all Pro features. No payment information is required to start your free trial.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free plan.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Refund requests made within 7 days of the first payment
• Technical issues that prevent you from using the service
• Duplicate charges or billing errors

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@gurutrading.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

• Subscriptions active for more than 7 days
• Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
• Partial month refunds after the 7-day period
